Better Stronger Faster

I have just been initially trained in a groovy new software.  Normally, I learn software fairly quickly, but this one, I can already tell, is going to take a bit of time to master.  No problem, but I'm anxious to get in a groove to help my clients better.

Part of the software requires a photo.  Of me.  Yikes.  I offered several of my cockapoo, Murphy, but for some reason, they said no.  I think they're nuts.

Another requirement is to blog semi-regularly.  Since I have a feeling nobody really cares about casual blog stuff, I'll try to keep my blogging to the helpful topics related to real estate.  If there's anything you'd like me to add, fire away.  In the meantime, here's my helpful tip o'the day:

If the frost comes back after these few warm days we've had, and it easily could, put used coffee grounds around the base of trees and bushes.  This helps them stay hearty once they bud.  Remember a year ago or so, it was warm for three weeks and then we got slammed by frost, and we ended up with anorexic-looking trees?  Coffee grounds patted down at the base of the plant will help.  If you're a K-cup kinda person, you can still just empty the used cup.  Replace after a good rain.

Ok, so there you have it - my first blog.  I hope it wasn't horrible!
