8 seconds is all it takes for most buyers to form an opinion.  It's not long, so you have to make it count!  Create a captivating first impression and you'll maximize your profit.  Your home will impress and motivate a buyer to swiftly make an offer before it's gone from the market.

Curb appeal - Probably the most overlooked component, yet the most critical.  It is the first impression as Buyer's drive up to your home and the first picture they see online.  You want it to set the tone for their Showing.  Take the time to trim the trees and bushes, freshen the mulch and add flowers ad flowerpots for pops of color.  The house should be smiling and welcoming them in!

Paint - One of the simplest and least expensive ways to give an instant lift to any room is to apply a coat of paint.  Even if you choose not to paint your whole house, consider painting the main room and kitchen.  Don't overwhelm your would-be Buyers with wild colors.  Touch up the trim near your front door and windows, since Buyers will notice those spaces first.

Light fixtures and accessories - Home buyers pay alot of attention to whether the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated.  Replacing your light fixtures and cabinet hardware is an easy way to give your home an updated look.  Accessorizing a room is like putting the finishing touches to paint.  With just a few accessories, it doesn't take much to give a roomo a modern look without breaking the budget.
