With Two active kids I try to prep as much as I can for meals. Neither of them, are big on breakfast at breakfast but I love making a big breakfast bake and having it frozen in sections to eat off later. It is a great meal when I am on the run.

Ingredients

  •  1 can crescent rolls
  •  1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  •  6 eggs, beaten
  •  2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350  Spray 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Brown sausage in skillet, drain excess grease. I keep some for extra flavor!
  3. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of 9×13 dish. Top with sausage, then pour eggs over sausage. (it i am not pressed for time I will add mushrooms and peppers!) Generously top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
